Minutes 17th December 2014

A Meeting of Llangarron Parish Council was held on Wednesday, 17th December, 2014 at Llangrove Village Hall at 8.00 p.m., with Mr. P.J. Bailey in the Chair.

Present at the Meeting were Councillors Bailey, Brewer, Chamberlain, Cooper, Fisher and Jones. There were 2 members of the public present.

Apologies of absence were received from Councillors Hayward, F.J. Lane, G.E. Lane and Morehead.

Planning Applications

P143429/F – Proposed minor amendments to house types for plot 1 of planning permission DMS111594/F and plot 3 of planning permission S123251/F at Former Garage, Llangrove, Ross on Wye, Hfds. for Owen Pell. The Parish Council have no objections to this Planning Application.

P143533/CU – Application for Prior Approval of Proposed Change of Use of Agricultural Building to a Dwelling house (Use Class C3) and for Associated Operational Development – conversion of part of barn into single residential dwelling at Lower Barn at Little Trewen Farm, Whitchurch, Ross on Wye, Hfds. for Mrs. E. Wright. The Parish Council have no objections to this Planning Application.

P143603/FH – Proposed new carport at Langstone Court Farmhouse, Llangarron, Ross on Wye, Hfds. for Mrs. Sonia Davies. The Parish Council have no objections to this Planning Application.

P143615/FH – Proposed two storey extension to the front and first floor roof extension to the rear at Fairlawns, Llangrove, Ross on Wye, Hfds. for Mr. Aaron Terry. The Parish Council have no objections to this Planning Application.

P143626/F – Proposed erection of a two storey dwelling and garage at Land at Alamaya House, Llangrove, Ross on Wye, Hfds. for Mr. and Mrs. McConnell-Lawlor. The Parish Council do not support this Planning Application because there are issues around the following:- Ongoing problems with Drainage, Access, Proximity to the Neighbouring Properties and the existence of a footpath. We also believe that the gate and style have already been replaced.

There being no further business, the Meeting was closed by the Chairman at 8.35 p.m.
