Planning Applications relating to Biddlestone Farm – Prior to commencing public participation the Clerk gave a resume of events to date and outlined that she had been trying to establish why plans did not contain application for housing and whether indeed planning permission was necessary for the housing element. She had been unable to make contact with Planning Officer as a result of leave and illness, but Councillor Hyde had spoken with Senior Planning Officer at Hfds. Council who had indicated that planning permission would be necessary. The applicant and his agent then put forward the proposals and answered many questions raised from both Councillors and members of the public.
